Home Care Services

Sundry Care generally bills home care services according to the rate and billing schedule established in the client's Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

Payments for services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

Clients remain responsible for authorized services performed, applicable cancellation charges, approved expenses, and other amounts due under their service agreement.

Billing

Home care invoices are generally issued electronically every two weeks unless another billing arrangement has been established in writing.

Rates, billing schedules, minimum service requirements, payment methods, late fees, and other financial terms may vary according to the client's individual Service Agreement.

Cancellations

Cancellation charges may apply when scheduled services are cancelled without the notice required under the client's Service Agreement.

A cancellation charge is not a payment for services actually delivered and is assessed according to the cancellation terms agreed to by the client.

Alongside Memberships and Other Prepaid Services

If Sundry Care offers prepaid memberships, packages, or coordination services, the applicable membership or service agreement will identify the number of included hours, billing cycle, expiration of unused hours, cancellation terms, and whether any proration applies.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable written agreement, unused service time does not have cash value and is not transferable.

Third-Party Expenses

Clients are responsible for authorized third-party costs and expenses incurred on their behalf, including transportation, groceries, prescriptions, admission fees, household purchases, or other approved expenses.

Third-party refunds are subject to the refund policies of the applicable third-party provider.

Billing Questions

If you believe an invoice contains an error, please contact Sundry Care promptly so that we can review the charge.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, dispute, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

Controlling Agreement

If this policy conflicts with a client's executed Service Agreement, Statement of Work, membership agreement, or rights provided by applicable law, the applicable agreement and law control.
